Use this page to mail postcards to your own list of customers, prospects, or other addresses. You can paste addresses, upload a file, or choose one of your saved mailing lists. You can mail directly to the addresses on your list or use Mail-to-Neighbors to reach nearby households. For lists with more than 2,000 addresses, we recommend uploading a file.
Mail-to-Neighbors lets you send postcards to the 5–100 nearest addresses around each address on your list. It is a great option for reaching neighbors of existing customers, completed jobs, properties, or other locations. The original addresses on your list are excluded, so postcards are sent only to the surrounding neighbors.
Enter one recipient per line, but don't worry about perfectly formatting every address. We can parse standard addresses, comma-separated data, tab-separated data, and records containing extra information such as customer IDs or property data. We extract the mailing address, remove unnecessary data, and validate addresses for accuracy and deliverability before mailing.
Yes. You can upload your mailing list instead of copying and pasting addresses. File upload is especially useful for larger customer, prospect, property, or direct-mail address lists.
Yes. Mailing lists can be saved to your Neighborhood Postcards account and reused for future postcard mailings. You can view and edit your saved lists from your account before using them for another mailing.
Yes. We process and validate mailing addresses before your postcards are mailed. This helps identify addresses that cannot be verified or delivered and allows us to prepare your list for mailing.
No. If the same address appears more than once, or appears in multiple selected lists, it may receive more than one postcard. Please remove duplicates before mailing if you do not want an address to receive multiple postcards.
Yes. After your order is mailed, you can view the addresses where your postcards were sent and save the final mailing list from your account. You can also download the addresses as a CSV file for your records or future mailings.
Pricing depends on the number of postcards, postcard size, and mailing option you select. Your price is shown during checkout before you place the order. Neighborhood Postcards uses all-in pricing that includes postcard printing and postage. For pricing estimates, see our pricing page.
Yes. You can request a personal copy from the Mailing Options page. We will mail a postcard to the address you specify along with your order. This can also give you a general idea of when recipients begin receiving their postcards.
Postcards are printed in full color on premium 14 pt. glossy card stock. Available postcard sizes include 4x6, 5x7, 6x9, and 6x11. We also offer letters and 5x7 greeting cards in envelopes for supported mailing types. Please see our products page for more information.
We typically review postcard orders within one business day. Lists requiring additional address processing may take an extra day. Postcards sent using USPS First-Class Mail typically arrive within 5–7 days of the order date, although exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. Neighborhood Postcards supports mailing throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
