How do I use this page?
Use this page to estimate the mailing area. To get started, type in the center-point address of your mailing. You can also type in the town or a neighborhood name, zip code or an intersection. Select one of the recommended addresses from the dropdown menu. After selecting the quantity, the map will update to show you an estimated mailing area.
How do I adjust the centerpoint of the search?
Type in a different address in the search field. If you are unsure of what address to use, you can click on one of the existing markers to see an address of that property. The search bar is 'location-aware', so you only have to type in the first few characters of the address to adjust the location.
Can I modify the mailing area?
Yes, click on Edit Area to modify your selection (available on devices with larger screens). Pro tip: on the map you can switch to satellite view to ensure the mailing is targeting properties that are most likely to purchase the product/service you are offering.
What is the difference between a radius and a fixed area mailing?
If a pre-set quantity is selected, our system will automatically increase the mailing area until the requested quantity is reached. This is the recommended option for neighborhoods with single family homes. When the 'Edit Area' option is selected to customize the mailing area, our system will only mail to properties within the selected area. During fulfillment, if the requested quantity is not reached, we would post a partial refund for the difference in quantity.
The quantity of markers on the map seems incorrect. What happened?
It is possible that the markers are overlapping and appearing as a single marker. This can happen for apartment buildings or new developments where accurate data might not be available. During fulfilment, we validate each address against USPS to ensure they are non-vacant and mailable.
I am not seeing any markers in the area I selected. What should I do?
This can happen for a few reasons. Some properties might not have mailboxes so our service would not work for that area. If you already have a list of addresses, you can upload your own mailing list here. Our system periodically scans for new addresses, however some parts of the country might occasionally be out of date. If you think there should be addresses in that area, please reach out to us and we can verify the area to make sure it has the latest data.
Is it possible to download the address list of where the postcards were sent?
Yes! After submitting the order, you can see exactly where the postcards were sent. You will receive a link to a web-based report that shows the recipient addresses, postcard images & the current mailing status of each postcard. There is also a link to download a CSV file with the addresses.
Are these the actual addresses where my mailing will be sent?
We typically see that over 95%+ of the addresses in the mailing match the markers on this page. If it is crucial to mail to specific address(es), we recommend uploading your own mailing list here.
How do I apply filters to this search?
On the mailing options page (appearing before the checkout), we offer an option to exclude addresses with unit/suite/apartment numbers. We also offer an option to exclude addresses that are likely to be renters. Our enterprise clients also have the option to use a custom suppression list. The filters are applied after the order has been submitted, so the filters will not be reflected on this page.
How do I see the price for the quantity I selected?
The price is dependent on the quantity and the size of the mail piece. It will be available on the checkout page and on the Image Upload page. For pricing estimates, please see our pricing page. Our pricing is 'all-in', so it includes printing, postage, etc. We offer shortcuts to easily update the quantity from the checkout page.
Can I send a copy of the postcard to myself?
Yes. On the Mailing Options page, click on the link to request a personal copy of the postcard. We will send a free postcard to the address you have specified at the same time we ship your order (if placed). As a rule of thumb, this is a good way to know that the postcards have arrived in the mailboxes of target recipients.
What is the paper quality and the available postcard sizes?
The postcard is printed in full-color on Premium, 14pt. glossy card stock. We currently offer 4x6, 5x7, 6x9, 6x11 postcards. In addition, we offer letters and 5x7 'greeting' cards in envelopes for residential, business and list-upload mailings. Please refer to our templates page for more information.
When will the postcards arrive?
We review the postcards within 1 business day. With United States Postal Service First Class shipping, the postcards will arrive within 5-7 days after the order date. We cannot guarantee the exact date as this is dependent on the postal service.
How do I select more than one mailing area?
As of now, we ask that you place separate orders for each area. To make it easier, we provide a reorder option which makes it almost effortless to place additional orders.
What countries are currently supported?
As of now, we offer mailings in the United States only, inlcuding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
