What is EDDM?
Every Door Direct Mail® is a service provided by the United States Postal Service that lets you target specific mail carrier routes and send a mail piece (called a flat mailer) to every residential household along the route. You don’t need to have addresses, names, or any contact info at all – the USPS just sends your mailer to everyone on the route.
How do I use this page?
To get started, type in the center-point address of your mailing. You can also type in the town or a neighborhood name, zip code or an intersection. Select one of the recommended addresses from the dropdown menu. After selecting the quantity, the map will update to show you an estimated mailing area. Mouse-over the map to highlight mailing routes. You can click on the routes to add/remove them from the mailing. Pro tip: on the map you can switch to satellite view to ensure the mailing is targeting properties that are most likely to purchase the product/service you are offering.
Is there a way to exclude addresses from the mailing?
It is not possible to exclude specific addresses from the route. With EDDM, the postal service worker delivers the postcard to every address on the route. If you need more control over the address area, we recommend using our residential mailing list lookup feature. It is also possible to upload your own mailing list here.
How do I see the price for the quantity I selected?
The price is dependent on the quantity and the size of the mail piece. It will be available on the checkout page and on the Image Upload page. For pricing estimates, please see our pricing page. Our pricing is 'all-in', so it includes printing, postage, etc. We offer shortcuts to easily update the quantity from the checkout page.
How long does it take to mail the postcards?
At-home date is 3-4 weeks from the order date for EDDM mailings.
Is there a way to see the addresses where the postcards were mailed?
Currently, it is only possible to see the mailing routes where the postcards were mailed. Within 24 business hours after placing the order, we will reach out to you with a tracking link. You will be able to track the status of the order. USPS does not inform us when the postcards are delivered, however we include EDDM orders in our aggregate reports so you can see EDDM mailings alongside other more targeted residential mailings.
How do I select more than one mailing area?
As of now, we ask that you place separate orders for each area. To make it easier, we provide a reorder option which makes it almost effortless to place additional orders.
What countries are currently supported?
As of now, we offer mailings in the United States only, inlcuding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
