Here is what happens after we receive your order:
looks_oneWe review the submitted content, check for typos, grammar and confirm the layout in our design software.
looks_twoWe reach out (to the email address used in the order) to collect the list of student names, addresses(optional) and any other info used in the mail merge, as well as, the signature images.
looks_3We perform the mail merge and email you the digital copies to review. We will also print a sample and send you a photo of the assembled diploma in the presentation folder.
looks_4Upon confirmation, we print and mail the diplomas directly to the students or to the single address you've selected.
Get started by using the configuration section at the top of this page. Even though there are only three main text areas to fill out, the template is very flexible and can be used to create many different types of documents.
Our minimum order quantity is 50. These types of orders are handled with utmost care, so we make sure our facility and personnel are available. We are only able to print single documents as a "re-print" job. We will also include a few 'blanks', if you need to print a few extra copies on your own. We required an extra week for processing orders with quantities over 1000.
Our expertise in fast fulfillment and high quality printing, naturally lends itself to offering diplomas and certificates. Even though our company has historically specialized in quality direct mail, we see an opportunity to provide other important documents.

Special presentation folders really make the document stand-out and feel special. We offer single-sided cardstock holders, cardstock folders and premium padded vinyl folders. We print and assemble the diplomas into folders before they are mailed unless we hear from you otherwise.
After submitting the order, we will send a follow up email with a secure form to collect the signatures. Our signature collection form will work on most mobile devices, making the submission process frictionless.

Absolutely. Our design team uses world-class publishing software to do a 'mail-merge'. We can embed any reasonable number of dynamic fields in the document, however it is your responsibility to ensure all of the fields in the submitted spreadsheet are properly formatted and verified.
After the order is submitted, we review the design to ensure the proper layout. Within 24 hours we send a follow up to the email address that was used during the purchase. We will provide the instructions to submit the list file with the names of the students and any other data you'd like to use in the mail-merge. We will also send a form to digitally collect the signature images. You will have the option to review and approve the digital proof, before the job is submitted to print.
Yes. Please send us the image separately. We will verify the quality of the image, position it in the updated layout and request a written confirmation from you.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or with an ACH Bank Payment. Your account will be charged within 24 hours of placing the order in Neighborhood Postcards. The charge will appear as Stripe*NeighborhoodPostcards.
We review the order within 1 business day. We assemble the order within 3 business days. With United States Postal Service First Class shipping, the documents will arrive within 5-7 days after the mail date. We cannot guarantee the exact date as this is dependent on the postal service.
We always seek to provide the highest quality of service possible. Order cancellation and a credit can be issued only within two days of the order. Please contact us to cancel your order.
