What is Design Services?

Design Services by Neighborhood Postcards is a custom offering for small and medium sized businesses. Our designers, having worked with hundreds of businesses, are experienced in creating unique, compelling designs to make small businesses look professional at a reasonable cost.

How does it work?

After deciding on the design service and placing a purchase, our support representative will reach out to you with a link to a short intake form where we collect information about your business and your design preferences. Our designers then get to work, and within a few days, we get back to you with the first draft of designs for you to review.

Who does the design?

We have partnered with a design agency that has worked with hundreds of realtors and home services businesses. During the design process, our team works closely with the agency to ensure efficient and high quality work. Our copy writers and content reviewers are required to have a business/marketing degrees.

What type of design services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of servicec with our ultimate goal focused on ensuring you are completely satisfied. Our designers can make revisions and updates to your marketing materials as well as create thorough branding design packs for business that are starting out or looking to rebrand.

What information do you require from me to start a new project?

We send a form where we ask you to describe your business, your design preferences and share links to any social & review websites. The form should not take more than 5 minutes to fill out.

What if I am not happy with the design?

You have complete control over the design process. If, after a set of revisions, you are not happy with the services, we will post a full refund.

When do I submit the payment?

We require the payment in the beginning of the project. The payments are made using the links on the Design Services page. The payment will appear as Stripe*NeighborhoodPostcards on your financial statement.

Will you review the information about my business from my website or social pages?

Yes, after purchasing the service, our designers will research your business online and will create designs that reflect your design preferences and business mission.
